Relevant experience in consumer insights, brand management and project execution.

Industry Preferred:

10+ years in Consumer insights and innovation function of an advertising agency or FMCG company.

Qualification:

MBA from Top B School (Full time)

- Strong Customer Insights

- Influencing & Networking ability

- Execution Excellence with result orientation

- Ability to think lateral / Out of the box and ability to deal with ambiguity

- Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strength in the customer facing domain – Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Customer Care, HR, design etc

- Strategic Mindset

- Result oriented, self-starter who can operate under minimal supervision (Ability to take initiatives with strong sense of ownership)

- Strong inter-personal skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead high impact innovation programmes in cross functional teams across businesses in achieving business level strategic objectives.

- Lead consumer insights for the various businesses. Develop organisational capability for consumer insights.

- Develop breakthrough value propositions for various businesses and take them to market through a process of business planning and prototyping.
