Job Description :  - Concept designing, estimation, planning, budgeting, coordinating and execution of MEP work for commercial office buildings, housing, hotels and hospitals .  - Design, installation & commissioning of electrical systems like DG sets, CSS, HT < installations, PLC based electrical panels.  - MEP part of construction projects like HVAC, STP, plumbing and fire fighting systems.  - MEP design and execution between design office and contractors/subcontractors.  - Pre tender and post tender activities of construction.  Other Requisites:  - Candidate from Consulting background will be given preference.  - Strong knowledge of MEP systems.  - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills.  - Wiling to travel.  - Experience in various construction/system methodologies.  - Ability to manage multiple sites.  - People management skills.  - Problem solving skills.
