a. Acquisition - help us design a complete package (product/price) along with marketing plan to get maximum attention of customer which translates into higher acquisition.
b. Usage & Penetration - analyze user pattern & carve out strategies/new plans which shall help us drive usage further. Pricing of plans is pivotal considering we operate in extreme competitive environment & hence continuous check will help us retain & thereby increase usage & penetration. We need strong Analytics resource who can effectively run this portfolio.
