DGM - Accounts, Delhi (CA with Pharma & Manufacturing Exp only)  Categories Activities :  Finance :  - Completing the financial statements of the company on periodic basis within the stipulated time.  - Support budget preparation and reporting the Actual v/s Budgets for every function within the company.  - Evaluation of strategic matters from taxation perspectives Revenue, Profits  - Liaise with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Lawyers, consultants, statutory authorities etc. to ensure compliances.  - Generate customer and product profitability on a periodic basis based on the current frequency.  - Ensuring compliances with income Tax, sales tax/VAT, Service Tax laws and proposed GST for PBL and Group companies and generating no current or future liabilities. Customer Satisfaction, Customer Market Share, Customer profitability   Process :   - Suggest ways and means of improving the existing system.  - Review existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) around Finance and Business Processes.  - Assist the company in developing an authorization matrix for approvals.  - Review and take ownership in developing a high quality MIS (defining the metrics) including management dashboards, to provide on-time, regular and accurate data to provide more visibility into business performance metrics for review by the Management.  - Build in systems to bring in financial discipline and accountability through financial vigilance and MIS Systems to protect the interest of the stake holder. Turn Around Time, Complete, Error Free, Convenience  Innovation Learning & Growth :  - Finalize process based Teams/Structure hierarchies of reporting structures in accounts.  - To be a strategic partner to the management and to facilitate business decision with precise financial output.   - Projects execution
