DGFT Matters, Advance licensing, EXIM  Sound knowledge of DGFT Matters, Advance Licensing and Export- Import process management, EXIM Policies.  - Strong commercial focus and good knowledge of Excise, Licensing Warehousing & logistics.  - Ability to handle multiple complex situations and tasks.  - Acute awareness of financials and impacts to company performance.  - Ability to manage customer and contract manufacturing sites  - Lead a large team  - Sound knowledge of SAP system  - Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma tools would be an added advantage.   Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility  - Complaint Handling – Lead a process driven culture with nil tolerance for repeat mistakes. Drive a culture for nil repeat customer complaints and doing better than agreed targets on customer complaint index related with compliance's jobs & warehousing aspects.  - Customer Relationships – Manage customer relationships in an appropriate manner based on critical to business to position the organization as a market and product leader.  - Contract Manufacturing Organization Relationship(CMO) – Ensure smooth running of Operation for DSCM at the CMO and resolve issue proactively at the CMO’s site.  - Export-Import Process Management – Ensure the organization utilizes all exports benefits available to it optimally with compliance to the statutory regulations. Liaise with government authorities to ensure smooth process management.  - Excise & Licensing – Ensure the organization meets all regulatory obligations in discharging its tax liabilities and managing all credits available. Liaise with government authorities. Support the team in managing all statutory audits at site and warehouses to meet compliance requirements. Participate in resolving all old litigation issues, and ensure fresh litigation needs do not arise. Ensure availability and closure of licenses on time for smooth operations.  - W/H Management – Ensure adequate W/H resource utilization at warehousing activities. Also ensure that all warehouses are SHE, GMP and COA compliant.  - Leadership – To ensure adequate support is provided on resources and processes to enable the DSCM team to achieve their goals.  - People Development – To create a performance driven environment with a highly engaged team. Create a culture that is focused on team-work and winning together.  - Business Fulfillment – To work closely with sales, manufacturing, warehouses, Finance, Contract Manufacturing and all supply chain dimensions to ensure that there is network working so the customer has a seamless interaction with the organization for all their needs.
