Dexter in its less than one year of existence has closed 3 transactions. Dexter is founded by an experienced investment professional who has previously worked in a global private equity firm and as CFO of a mid size corporate.

Job details:

Role: Intern

Duration: 3 - 12 months

Stipend: A nominal fixed sum on monthly basis and then Performance basis bonus for internship more than 6
months with an opportunity of future employment

Location: Intern is expected to work from our Jaipur office.

Key responsibilities:

- Tracking sectors/companies - conducting primary/secondary research

- Culling out data from different databases/sources

- Deal origination - Identify and prepare list of potential clients and update the tracker on periodic basis

- Assist the team in preparing teasers, information memorandums & financial models

- Overall assisting the team in various projects / transactions

Key Skills required:

- Well versed with excel & power point presentation skills

- Basic understanding of financial statements and ability to interpret them.

- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills

- Team Player

- Ability to work under strict deadlines

Education Qualification:

- CA final students/ MBA pass outs/ undergraduates (science/commerce) who have keen interest in Finance and want to make a career in Investment banking
