Job Purpose :-
The Head of UX will manage the UX and User Research Team. He/She will be part of the core leadership team and shall command considerable influence over the direction the organization takes in solving problems of the customers.
Job Description :-
- Head of UX will be responsible for directing a team of UX/Visual/Motion designers and researchers towards both consumer needs and delivery space.
- The ideal fit for the role will be able to exhibit high level of conceptual thinking w.r.t to product and user problems.
- Will be able to articulate functional and aesthetic design choices.
- He/She should have preferably dealt with delivery /shipping (in the context of an online market place or food delivery ) of consumer facing products.
