- Spearhead the existing & scaling up of the current valuations practice.  - Nurturing & retaining team.  - Building client relationships with business development being a vital activity.  - Ensuring quality & risk in assignment execution & client deliverable.  - Ensuring proper system & documentation in place for assignment execution as per internal processes & system.  - Achieving yearly business targets agreed with the management.   - Cross marketing various other service lines with the clients.  - Regularly updating regulatory knowledge and communicating the same to the team.  - Promoting Baker Tilly DHC brand in the market.  - Adhering to various internal policies.   - At least 12+ years of hardcore experience in valuations.  - Should have done and been an active part of atleast 100+ valuations.  - Preferably from the consulting industry.
