Responsibilities:
- End-to end execution of M&A and/or PE syndication process
- Excellent Financial modelling Skills and ability to build financial models from scratch
- Background research on companies for the purpose of pitching
- Preparing marketing material, doing research/ analysis
- Maintaining existing relationships with the clients and ensure repeat business from existing clients
- Must have mind-set to specialize in 2-3 sectors, resourceful in terms of network, professional connects in the industry to source market intelligence
- Excellent communication skills, eye for detail, and self-driven

Experience: 11+ years of experience in M&A Execution role (Sell side) preferably in an Investment Bank
Qualification: CA/ MBA in Finance
