Responsibilities

- Understanding and supporting M&A and PE syndication deals

- Deal Execution: Preparing collaterals including information deck, financial models and investor communications

- Financial Valuation - Valuation of companies across various sectors as well as financial modelling exercise including comparable companies analysis, precedent transactions analysis and DCF

- Ability to research and assist in identification of targets (buyer or seller)

- Preparation of strategy presentations, practice review documents and monitor league tables across databases

- Research on various sectors to identify sell side and/or buy side opportunities

Candidate's Profile: Excellent communication skills, Strong Analytical skills & should have knowledge about various databases related to business

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Financial Domain

Qualification: MBA (Finance)/CA/ CFA
