Job responsibility:  1. Development of Java/J2EE / Oracle PLSQL / BI code to meet specifications and designs and using best practices.  2. Utilize various open source technologies like Spring, Struts, Hibernet, Hadoop for program development.  3. Develops and conducts program tests using JUnit; develops test plans and data and performs or oversees testing to verify that the programs function correctly and to ensure that modifications have not caused error in other parts of the program, interfacing programs and interfacing systems.  4. Expected to learn and deploy new technologies as needed.  5. Development of low level component base design documentation (UML).  6. Working closely with test teams, database teams, project management and enterprise architects during the project lifecycle.  QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT  1. Graduate minimum  EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT  1. Minimum (relevant) 2 years to 4 years Java / J2EE / Oracle PLSQL / BI Development Experience. Total 10 yrs of experience.  TECHINICAL SKILL REQUIREMENT  1. Java, J2EE & OOPs Working on Java applications, good grasp of the language and basic Object Orientation concepts.  2. Web Services Top-down/wsdl-first approach  3. RDBMS Solid grasp on relational database modeling and design  BEHAVIORAL SKILL REQUIREMENT  1. Soft Skill Learning orientation, structured and analytical problem solving, prioritization, planning and organizing, stress management, action orientation.  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
