Strategizing, Planning and Execution of End to End Campus Recruitment activities for the organization.

Being the single point for of contact for all campus hiring process.

Manage all stakeholders effectively.

Manage pre placement, and on campus processes and ensure high level of engagement.

Custodian of the online recruitment platform for application management.

Ensure upholding the employer brand at all critical engagement.

Ensure smooth induction of summer interns as well as campus recruits.

Proficient in managing and analyzing data.

Participate in all critical projects as directed by seniors.

MBA HR Full Time with relevant experience.
