- First preference is candidates with Vendor management experience from Mortgage Servicing companies with exposure in managing international vendors.

- Candidates from Operations (BFSI/Mortgage/Title Insurance etc) background who has got experience in transitions which would involve lot of client interaction and good with MIS/Excel reporting

- Exposure working on performance indicators for Vendors/clients, excellent reporting (MS Excel) skills

- They should have good exposure as SPOC between Vendors/Client and Senior Management

- They should be willing to work in shifts, mostly night
