We are looking for a senior recruitment professional who shall be driving the leadership hiring and working closely with senior stakeholders. The incumbent shall be accountable for key/niche roles.
Responsibilities:
- Independently working on senior positions and accountable for a quick TAT
- Sourcing, screening, evaluating and meeting candidates to assess the DNA match with the core values of the organization
- Industry & competition mapping for critical & niche assignments, sourcing through job portals, Social network, References & Database
- Interviewing candidates for a thorough assessment
- Assist in hiring and monitor the performance of the talent acquisition team to deliver results
- Manage the closure of mandates across levels along with the team
- Offer & Benefits Negotiation
Person Specifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience in Executive Search and Selection
- Strong experience of working in a reputed recruitment consulting company is a must have
- Mandatory: Should have closed CXO level positions in multiple domains (IT/Non-IT)
