Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition - BFSI/Insurance/Retail (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Selection :
- Manage recruitment process efficiently and effectively, both from a cost as well as a qualitative perspective.
- Interact and liaise with HR Business Partners & leadership team on Staffing processes.
- Assist in managing end to end hiring across frontline and middle level positions in fulfilment group (Operations, Quality & Information Technology)
- Manage sourcing thereby maximizing ROI from referral programs and consultant contests, use of social media for recruitment & candidate engagement,
- Ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to take care of existing as well as expected vacancies
- Develop the offer recommendations and roll out offer letters
- Prepare and share regular MIS / Dashboards / Analytics
- Manage the recruitment partners - Selection, engagement, cost and delivery management.
- Contribute in building Employer Brand & brand attractiveness through focused social media initiatives
Joining & On-Boarding :
- Responsible for smooth on-boarding of new hires
- Collection of all required pre-joining documents.
- Ensuring proper and complete documentation post selection of candidates
- Collection of Joining kit/post joining documents from the candidates
- Assist in conducting monthly HR Induction and orientation program
Background Verification :
- Initiating and monitoring the background verification process ensuring completion within TAT.
Desired qualification and experience :
Experience : 5 - 8 Years
Education :
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with high level of confidence
- Strong focus on delivery and results with high energy levels
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
