- Increasing utilization & registration of wellness enablers
- Helping & supporting Business HR & Chief Medical Officers to drive wellness agenda
- Focusing on behavior change to drive accountability towards health of employees
- Managing & supervising all consultants to implement wellness agenda across the Group.
- Implementing initiatives which focuses life beyond work
- Educating Managers & Peers to create inclusive workplace
- Creating enabling systems for women employees
- Revamp of FOTS
- Help & support the portfolio head in research & benchmark
