Job Description :
- Managing Talent Acquisition for all levels.
- Creating Manpower Dimensioning Plan for all levels & roles
- Ensuring adherence to Manpower Dimensioning Plan
- Provide end to end recruitment support for various key positions.
- Consultative, business partnering approach to facilitate business in achieving desired hiring results
- Responsible for recruitment across levels varying from Vertical Head to executive.
- Gather job requirements from hiring managers and develop knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Partner with Business Leads and HR Business Partners to develop strategies on proactive recruitment measures.
- Maintain a healthy channel mix across all hires.
- Leverage the use of conventional and alternate channels of hiring including social media to source a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Proactive measures in tracking open and upcoming positions and also closure of background and reference checks with vendors.
