We have an urgent opening for one of the leading pharmaceutical company for the profile of Deputy Manager/Manager-Recruitment(Talent Acquisition) in Bangalore.

Job Description

Position: Deputy Manager/Manager-Recruitment

Department: Human Resource

Supervisor's Position: Head Recruitment

Educational Qualification:

- Post-Graduation in HR Management from reputed institute

Relevant experience:

- 5-8 years of experience with a minimum of 1+ years of leading the HR function in a pharmaceutical manufacturing organization would be preferred

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Classify the responsibilities in bullet

Manpower Planning:

- Initiate, receive, validate & plan the requirement gathering document's from business units. Understand and develop job description's along in line with the delivery teams.

Campus Recruitment-

- Manage the campus recruitment across India for Permanent & Internship programmes.

Sourcing Activities:

- Should be hands on all forms of new age sourcing tools i.e. Social Media, & Job boards for Domestic and International requirements. Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for sourcing.

Recruitment Cycle & Metrics:

- Adhering to set standards & process for recruitment cycle time/SLA's.Maintaining, presenting & defending metrics for sourcing & recruitment function.

Selection Process:

- Owning & meeting business requirements for selecting skill based accurate candidates for all requirements.. Offer discussion and finalization as per the internal benchmarking of the organization's structure, bands and levels

Team Handling:

- Train, mentor & manage a team of sourcing and recruitment specialists. Deliver through team as per SLA's set for sourcing and recruitment function.

MIS & Reporting:

- Maintaining a complete record of the candidates through system and simultaneously maintain an MIS report for the all the recruitments done. Preparing and updating Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports to the top level management on recruitment flow.

Specific knowledge / Additional proficiency:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) - Kannada Language would be preferred

- Good interpersonal skills

- Right attitude & work temperament

- Exposure in SAP functionality would be preferred

- MS office (Word, Excel &Powerpoint presentation)
