Deputy Manager/Manager - Product Marketing - Insurance

A leading Life Insurance company requires Deputy Manager / Manager - Product Marketing, to based at Bangalore.

Position Summary:

- This role involves developing product marketing collateral's, sales aid tools aimed at enhancing sales team's product selling efficiency print and digital format - in line with the product positioning developed and execute them to ensure delivery in branches as per set timelines.

Job Description:

- Develop product marketing tools throughout the product life cycle starting from launch. To be managed as an end to end project

- Support in conceptualization and execution of direct product marketing campaigns

- Interact with Marketing Agencies / Marketing Communication team to design the collateral's and coordinate with commercials team to ensure delivery as per set time lines

- Engage with different internal departments - product development, sales training, legal and compliance team - to get buy in on the product collateral's conceptualized and execute them after getting approval from all stakeholders

Qualification, Skills & Knowledge:

- MBA with a work experience of 4 - 7 years in life insurance sector

- Life Insurance Product Knowledge - Key features, terms and conditions.

- Knowledge about customer segments and ability to develop relevant life insurance product positioning
