Role : Curriculum Specialist   Designation : Deputy Manager or Manager   Sector and Location : Telecom - Lower Parel, Mumbai   Key skills needed are :   Curriculum Design   Content Design / Content Development   Instructional Design   Core competencies, knowledge and experience :   - At least 7 - 8 years of experience in the field of training, with specific experience in content development / Curriculum Design Has to have experience and/or certification in Instructional Design   - Ability to gain deep expertise on the subject assigned  - Innovation and Creativity  - Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills  - Experience of managing cross-functional stakeholders, vendors and direct/indirect teams  - Experience of working on LMS/KMS - 2 years  Key accountabilities and decision ownership :   - End to end content creation for any new Product-Process-System launches, for all business verticals   - Liaise with cross-functional teams to take an in-depth understanding of the launches, and the expected impact on the designated learner groups  - Ideate the best suited learning design for the new launch and create instructionally sound content, scripts, canned responses, as per the design  Liaise with intra-functional teams for creation of supporting learning aids, like Job-aids, digital learning, or KMS documents  - Conduct TTTs for new launches, for identified set of trainers, as needed  - Act as SME, for intra-functional teams, for curriculums or other learning content   Engage with circle CSG, Marketing teams, Circle and cluster teams to ensure content developed and published on KMS is on time and up to date for easy frontline access  Must have technical / professional qualifications :  - Certified on instructional designing  Must have been a key member of a design team participating in the complete product development lifecycle of a consumer focused telecom product  Key performance indicators :  - Timely, accurate and effective rollout of new PPS  - Innovate learning design for new PPS, to impact proficiency  - TNPS, FTF, ASAT for new PPS, as per targets
