Urgent position with a reputed MNC as Dy.Manager/Manager-Campus Hiring,Gurgaon
Role Purpose :
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, build strong relationships with the key internal/external stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of the talent landscape in the campus space
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement campus hiring strategy that aligns to the future business and talent needs of the organization and positions the organization in chosen campuses across in India.
- Build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies
- Identify and pro-actively build network of internal stakeholders that will be critical to the delivery for campus talent needs.
- Person should have 3+ yrs of experience in campus hiring from-Top B Schools in India.
