Technical Expertise will be preferred

Exp - 4 to 12 years

Purpose of the role : Operations and development of Central KYC Registry and DotEx KRA, business development and foray into innovation and idea generation.

Key Responsibility

Development and Managing of Central KYC Registry e-platform

1. Having good business acumen and would be responsible for CKYC business development

2. Liaison with customers (Banks/ AMCs / KRAs) for enabling seamless integration with CKYC and addressing their functional and technical queries.

3. Liaison with multiple stakeholders including Industry associations, regulator, technology service provider.

4. Accountable for customer experience across domains

5. Conduct Seminars and Trainings for CKYC

6. Managing daily operations at CKYC

7. Data Analytics and MIS

Overlooking the functioning of DotEx KRA

1. Responsible for KRA Operations

2. Resolve queries from intermediaries raised via telephone/ e-mail.

3. Liaison with multiple stakeholders including Industry associations, regulator, technology service provider.

4. Ensure verification of KYC documents within the prescribed TAT

5. MIS generation for SEBI

6. Ensure prompt generation of bills for services provided to registered intermediaries every quarter.

7. On-time operations to meet SEBI specified TAT
