Manager/Manager - State Brand Manager   Department : Branding  Job Responsibilities:  - To drive trade engagement activities as per Marketing Calendar for the respective state  - Responsible for implementing POS & Trade Collaterals as per calendar  - Responsible for conducting, executing and monitoring brand building activities/ events as defined by the brand team  - Responsible for local execution and monitoring of brand campaign w.r.t OOH and other medias  - Responsible for conducting Builders/Engineers/Contractors/Masons meets in the respective state  - Responsible for monitoring execution and implementation of stalls during Exhibitions and events  - Responsible for conducting audit at point of sale and developing a mechanic of regular replenishment.  - Responsible for tracking MIS on competition and submitting the reports to the brand team  - To take up any other special projects as in when required by the Business  Required Competencies :  Skills & Knowledge :  - Team Player  - Assertive Decision Maker  - Problem Solver
