Deputy Manager/Manager - Bank Alliances  Vacancy : 1  - We're looking for candidates who have experience in business development.   - Candidates from from Chennai or Bangalore apply  - Candidate Only from Payment Gateway providers who have existing relationships in Banks.   - Notice period of the candidates shouldn't be more than 45 days.   - Candidates expecting a hike of more than 30% should be screened out.   - Candidate will undergo 4 rounds of interview. 1st round will be conducted over the phone and next 2 rounds will be conducted in person and last 1 interview will be conducted over Video conferencing.   - Perks, Incentives, ESOPs & Compensation details  - CTC includes variable pay for all employees who are Assistant Managers and above.   - Employer's contribution Provident Fund (12% of Basic) and Gratuity (4.17% of Basic) are part of the overall CTC. Employees are provided with a flexible compensation plan that lets them choose between various salary components.   - Medical Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, laptop, dongle, company paid mobile phone and SIM.   Duties and Responsibility :  - As a key leadership role, reporting to the Head Alliances, the Manager Alliances is accountable for managing 3 critical engagements for the  Organisation :   Banks : To engage with banks in both Public and private sector in the coverage area allocated.  Billers : Utility companies both in the private and the Public sector domain.  - Application Service Providers: These are engagements ranging from Banks, Billers to agencies who are in the business of Bill collections at the last mile.  Job Description :  - Engage with Banks in the Private sector and the Public sector in the area of allocation (70%)  - Have strategic tie ups with the banks for the enablement of those in the wide network of payment services offered by TechProcess Payment Services.  - Ensure higher level of engagements with the banks for the Sell with, Sell to and Sell through Strategies of TechProcess Payment Services.  - Key Account Management for Banks on a New Business Opportunities/Enhancements with banks will be a regular feature of the role.  - Pricing arrangements, Accounts receivables/Payables management with the banks in the region allocated.  - Keep abreast of the online payments landscape, competitors and clients needs  - Issue resolution in relation to online payment product related issues  - Engage with Application Service Providers (30%)  - Identify and acquire key service providers in the field of Bill Payments including new Banks, Banks currently engaged with competition and Service providers engaged in the last mile bill collections in the area of coverage.  - Pricing arrangements, Accounts receivables/ Payables management with the banks and service providers in the region allocated.  KPIs will be measured on :  - Number of strategic engagements of Banks/Billers/ASPs in the allocated region.  - The enrichment of Incremental Revenue in the above engagements.  Skills :  Must have :  - Account management accounts assistant Business Development corporate sales Development gratuity Head issue resolution Issues Laptop leadership management Manager MANAGING medical Mobile new business Product provident fund providers revenue   Target Industries : Banking/Financial Services Internet/Online/Start-Ups   Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)  Job Nature : Full Time  Gender : No Preference  About Us :  TechProcess (201 - 500 Employees)  TechProcess prides itself as one of India's leading payment solutions and services companies.
