Knowledge and skills required :
- Black belt is mandatory
- Strong working exposure on Quality concepts and methodology's
- Strong project management skills
- Expert in applying Six Sigma, Lean methodology's, Tools,
- Hands on Experience on Statistical tool Minitab
Roles and responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor projects using lean and six sigma methodologies across business or functions or organization.
- Lead diverse Continuous improvement projects independently
- Lead Process excellence initiatives at GSO. ( 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management etc...)
- Support ACE Leader in driving Quality agenda for the location/ line of service.
- Facilitate & drive Lean Six Sigma quality culture within the organization.
- Responsible for developing the skills of GBs and developing a team of ACE Ambassadors, who will be driving the change within the organization
- Coach/ consult executive management in creating proper infrastructure for successful deployment and support.
- Guide Champions with project selection and scope, assuring linkage between projects and business and partner priorities.
- Support ACE Leader to coach Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts in the use of Six Sigma tools and methodology to ensure timely completion of projects with expected results.
Educational qualification : Any Post Graduation
Relevant years of experience : 8-12 years of experience with 4-7 years in Lean Six Sigma quality
