Deputy Manager - Legal & Compliance - BFSI - CS/LLB (5-10 yrs)
Eligibility: CS & LLB
- Responsible for ensuring that all business operation and dealings of the company are within the objects of the company, compliant with all laws and regulations and requirements of India as applicable to the company
Job Responsibilities:
- Corporate Secretarial
- Compliance under - RBI Regulations (NBFC License)
- SEBI & NSE (Listing of Debentures with the Stock exchange)
- Insurance regulations (Corporate Insurance Agent)
- Prevention of Anti Money Laundering (AML)
- S&E and other local law compliance PAN India for all branches of the company
- FEMA Compliance
- Compliance under OSP License - Domestic Call Centre (TRAI)
- Legal Agreements
- Litigation
- Minimum 7 years experience in legal and compliance
