We have an opportunity for Deputy Manager with one of our renowned client in Insurance industry.
Job Location: Mumbai
Job Exp: 4+ yrs
Job Purpose
To contribute to the design and delivery of organizational development strategies and implementation of employee engagement initiative
Reporting To: Vertical Head - Talent Management and Engagement
Education - MBA in HR with minimum 4 years of work experience in HR Domain preferably from Banking sector
Main responsibilities: Talent Management & Engagement Team
- To contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of TME strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
- To design and deliver OD and employee engagement strategies, processes and interventions that support company's ambition to be a high performing organization
- To support specific performance improvement initiatives, e.g. through the implementation of behavioral competency frameworks, 360 degree feedback process, facilitating and reviewing individual development plans, etc.
- Conduct external research into best practices and new ideas.
- To design and facilitate in-house events with regards to employee engagement as and when required.
- To develop the company's approach to talent management and succession planning and to coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
- To conceptualize and implement diversity inclusion interventions.
- To work with business heads and managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Development Plans for their teams
- To be responsible for advising on job design and job descriptions.
- To oversee the annual TMS process.
- Responsible for institutionalizing core values.
Skills Required:
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to conceptualize creative solutions and ideas.
- the ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.
- Program design and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- Ability to handle and manage a team
