We are in process of identify candidate for the post of HR/IR Generalist

Our Client : Leading Manufacturing Plant- Goa
HR/IR Generalist - Madkai (Goa)
3-5 years of experience in HR & IR
Should be from Goa, should speak Konkani
Educational Qualifications: Should have a 2 years Full Time PG Degree/Diploma in related fields.(minimum of 50% throughout educational qualifications, from SSC to PG.
Also, all should be Full Time only. (Part Time, Distance Learning, Executive programs will not be considered)
- Require male candidates only
HR/IR, Performance Management, OD, HR Policies, proposing HR Budget, Training of all level staffs/workers, Wage & Bonus settlements, handling unions at various units etc.
