Roles & Responsibilities for HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Articulate, Drive & Manage all HR lifecycle Processes in aligned accounts
- Partnering with business leaders for all employee related initiatives.
- HR Generalist activities for employees in aligned accounts
- Involvement in and ownership of HR processes i.e. performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition, other HR deliverables as define for the function.
- Employee grievance handling and disciplinary framework adherence
- Working with internal stakeholders to design and implement talent management and retention activities.
- Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities
- Conceptualize and implement talent retention initiatives
