Manager Compliance.  Qualification: CS.  Job Description:  Provide pro-active compliance support to the India business of company and work closely in coordination with Head-Compliance.   - Conduct regular audits and monitoring of critical Compliance areas   - To identify emerging regulatory and legal trends and policy issues that may impact the business compliance readiness.   - Support the platform in complying with the various laws and regulations that may be required to conduct business   - Work closely with other function to mitigate compliance risk exposures in Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering and Privacy/Data Security related laws and organizational requirements, and any other emerging risk areas and related laws/policies.   - Support the business in complying with the various laws and regulations.   - Define gaps/identify and resolve compliance related procedural issues and areas of improvement and ensure remediation actions plans are established, implemented and tracked through to closure.   - Administrative tasks in support of the above including maintaining files, systems and databases on a regular basis   - Ensure the compliances of corporate governance framework of the company and the requirements of the corporate law and ensure corporate governance practices.   - Any other responsibilities that may be identified by the business and/or your managers from time to time.
