Job Description: As a Deputy Manager you will be responsible for :

- Constructing effective Analytical Solutions to complex Business problems

- Improving profitability by implementing effective Business Strategies and Business processes

- Budgeting, Forecasting, test design, process design and analysis, Business and Financial Modelling

- Risk and Credit Analytics across geographies and products

The Successful Candidate: As a Successful Applicant you need to have:

- Bachelors/Masters/Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Financial Engineering from top Tier Institutes like IITs, ISI, DSE, IIMs

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Analytics in Financial Services/ Banking/Insurance domain

- Extensive knowledge of Credit Risk Analytics, Building Collection Scorecards along with excellent knowledge of SAS

- Hands-on experience in Risk Modelling, Predictive Modelling, Clustering

- Ability to identify the Analytical problem from the Business problem and provide appropriate data driven solutions

- Ability to engage with senior Stakeholders and independently drive projects
