Job Description:
- Efficient implementation and execution of legal policies.
- Experience of impalement of Law firm.
- Their periodical evaluation and conduct legal audit of their case management.
- Imparting Legal training and Legal guidance.
- Organize hiring and briefing to the Senior Council.
- Drafting and Vetting of LOI,LOA,Share Purchase Agreement,Bonds,Power of Attorney,Will,MOA,POU,Lease,License,Indemnity Bond,Agreement to Sell,Sale Deed,International Agreement,Bank Guarantee,Commission Agreement,Consultancy Agreement,Service Provider Agreement,Escrow Agreement etc..
- Making Brief synopsis"Short Notes", for the Senior Management.
- Complain Cases Under Section 130 NI Act.
- Cases Under order 37 of CPC (Civil Procedure Court).
- Cases Under Carrier Act.
- Experts in Carrier Laws.
- Vetting of Documents related with Funding.
- To render Legal advise to the branches in the Region.
- To handle Consumer Cases, Civil Cases, And Criminal Cases.
- Adept at issuing Certificate of Fact (COF) to the customers.
- Dexterous in settling the claims with Insurance Company & Other parties.
- To attend all the cases in the courts as and when required.
- To co-ordinate with the local Advocates for instructions in Legal cases.
- To co-ordinate between the Branches under the Region and Legal Dept., Head Office for any work related to Legal Dept.
- To submit complete MIS / Status Report of Legal cases pending & filed in the Region on a daily basis to the Legal Dept., H.O.
- To handle all kinds of statutory compliances by the Branches.
Salary:- 7-10 lacs per annum
Qualification: - LLB
Experience- 5 + yrs experience from courier industry only.
