Education : MBA / any other post qualification

Experience : 3- 7 years in apprentice / ITI hiring.

Should be well aware of :

- Contract labour hiring process and legal obligations

- Temporary workmen hiring process and legal obligations

- Online portal process

- Bulk hiring

- Compensation and IR issues.
