KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for leveraging CNX's expertise and experience in process assessment, designing technology, automation and advanced analytics to institutionalize continuous improvement, thereby providing compelling value prop for a winning proposition to prospective Client. The Global EPIC Solutions SME will help provide solution to simplify and standardize the client's business processes by providing state of art technology driven productivity/revenue enhancement solutions couple with robust customer satisfaction processes to improve the overall capability of the business.

Position will also be required to use in-depth consulting skills, analytical expertise and business knowledge with appropriate technology assets for formulating hypotheses and testing conclusions that result in the best solution for business objectives. As a Consulting Practitioner, resource should work collaboratively with clients to develop integrated business and operating strategies that create rapid and sustainable value.

Key Responsibilities

- Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Outsourcing services

- Operations & Quality background is must with a combination of Delivery Excellence, Solutions, IT is an advantage

- Past experience of working out of client locations & and has ability to interact across levels with Client and Internal organization

- Hands on experience on Performance Variability Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis

- Working Experience & Expertise in delivery across different industry verticals like Healthcare, Banking, or Insurance

- At least 02 years minimum, should have been involved in process and metric improvement assignments and projects

- Business Domain expertise and basic knowledge Know-how in BPM Tools, desktop automation, and Analytics tools that are used for process optimization in the process life cycle

- Strong Project Management skills and ability to coordinate/network across organization

- Strong Analytical skills and hands on experience on mining data and preparing strong business case/ proposals.

- Ability to understand RFP content and formulate question's in line with the objective of gathering information required for the solution. Strong skills to draft responses for RFP/RFI

- Ability to understand client key business drivers, problem areas and is able to articulate to all stakeholders

- Conduct E2E Process modeling, Create process maps (as-is & to-be)

- Participate in Due diligence, and should have assisted in metric and data Base lining and opportunity recommendation

- Should be well versed with Value Stream Mapping

- Work with the deal team and the asset owner's towards formulating a value prop positioning strategy, Work with CNX asset owner's to obtain the cost estimates and it's benefit %age

- Work with the deal team to formulate a CBA for the value proposition

- Interact with Senior Management & Asset Lead of CNX understands, propose how technology can be built in new solutions.

- Must to have good presentation and communications skill both power point and delivery/presentation
