Deputy General Manager - Treasury - Banking (6-15 yrs)
We have an opportunity with one of our client in Mumbai for the position of DGM Treasury
To be responsible for Liquidity Management & Hedging
- To be responsible to manage credit compliance, financial covenant testing, Net debt position, servicing the debt.
- To be responsible to service credit agreements and comply with borrower's obligations.
- Ensure all other compliance related to treasury & banking activities, legal negotiations etc.
- To be responsible to manage mid and back office of corporate treasury function, managing all banking activities / transactions, including short and long term financial planning, daily cash management, cash forecast etc. Development of strategic plans for increasing free cash.
- To develop and provide best in class treasury management system and governance.
Candidates - CA or MBA with 6-13 yrs of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Risk Management, Credit Compliance only from Banking Industry please send there resume.
