To regularly update on sales details for the region
Design, implement and facilitate annual sales & marketing plan and strategy for the region
Review performance of Sales & marketing plan and execution, make corrections where required
Conceptualizing and implementing various initiatives to drive branding and promotional activities for achieving maximum returns.
Review and support team in executing product/Brand strategy at location
Interaction with customers at the highest level and responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to deals
Maintain data on consumer, Channels market potential, Competition, Market share and volumes for product range handled
Develop and manage a sales & marketing operations budget while implementing marketing controls to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and to take corrective actions as needed to reach objectives.
Managing Team Engagement and Team Development through continuous support & mentoring.
