Job Description :

Handling team of recruitment, HR Business Partners and business Operations Team.

Driving manpower budgeting process, Recruitment & Transfer plans, and Training & Redeployment.

Conducting survey and benchmarking with best in class practices thereafter formulating new.

Closely working with L&D head for proving training and learning needs of field force.

Driving productivity/performance agenda for India Sales & Marketing team.

- Should be ready to relocate.

- Candidates from Pharma / FMCG would be preferred.

- Full Time PGDHRM/ MBA would preferred.

- Must have handled HR for Sales team.
