Deputy General Manager - Procurement - FMCG/Pharma

1) Overlook Organisation Procurement, Contracting and evaluation of service

2) Procurement of right quality, right quantity material as per the agreement

3) Development of alternative and reliable sources

4) Development of acceptable indegenous substitutes in case of import or non standard items

5) Provide timely services from reliable agencies to avoid downtimes on machines

6) Manage vendor relationship

7) Develope and participate in development of the supply chain strategy

8) Develope various initiatives to streamline the supply chain function

9) Develope and implement new systems, best practices in procurement, inventory control and other optimisations in-order to grow the business

10) Manage contractor and Subcontrator activities, reviewing proposal, developing performance specification and serving as liason with the organisation
