Jon Role:-

- To ensure timely processing, payment and Accounting of Monthly payroll(around 17000 employees including around 7000 field staff) This is a senior position, The person will head the entire payroll function of the company and Eight person team will report at HO and payroll head at different locations will also have functionally reporting to him.

- To ensure all statutory compliances like PF, pension, gratuity, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus and Income tax.

- To ensure timely processing, Payment and accounting of field staff monthly travel expense reimbursement(around 7000 field staff)

- To ensure timely activities/Action related to PF trust which includes its accounting(contribution, payments, investments etc..), coordinate with the auditors for audit, issue of annual statements to all the employees etc..

- To ensure proper coordination with LIC in respect to gratuity and superannuation scheme. Execution of all related activities in timely manner including coordination for periodical Actuarial valuation of gratuity by the actuary and timely issue of annual superannuation statement to all employees.

- To ensure timely issue of annual TDS certificate(form 16) to all the employees.

- Coordinate with Statutory auditors(During quarterly limited review and annual full audit) in respect to their requirement/queries related to payroll.
