Deputy General Manager - Legal Compliance - BPO (10-20 yrs)
One my my client is an BPO company in Bangalore is looking for Deputy General Manager - Legal Compliance.
Work Experience: 10 to 12 years experience in which 5+ into BPO Induatry.
- Should be handling multi - jurisdiction contracts/ contractual issues apart from India
- Should be managing a team of lawyers and proven leadership capabilities
- Excellent communications and Inter-personal Skills
- Litigation experience is a must. Should be well versed with FIR, Police complaints, Labour law related issues, Civil suits and Criminal applications as well as filing writs in High Courts
