Job description of DGM - L&D Leadership :
Location : Mumbai Andheri - Corporate
L&D The role-holder is responsible for the design and implementation of the leadership development framework and interventions for leadership / leadership pipeline development at various levels across the organization.
It Would Involve The Following :
- Design of relevant leadership frameworks / tools and project plans
- Diagnose and develop effective training interventions around the framework
- Execution and training delivery
- Evaluate the impact of training, efficacy of the training interventions and methodologies used on an ongoing basis
- Bring in the contemporary methodology mix in learning and create a culture around leadership development
Primary Responsibilities :
- Support in the design of the global leadership development framework at the organisation
- Design of a global leadership development framework
- Identification of specific capability building imperatives at each leadership / transition level
- Design Leadership / Leadership Pipeline Interventions At Various Levels
- Specific intervention designs mapped on the competency and leadership development frameworks
- Training collateral for each of these interventions
- Identification of learning partners after due diligence (if required)
- Program Manage The Execution Of Interventions To Be Rolled Out Across The Organization
- Detailed global roll- out plan for each intervention
- Training delivery
- Evaluate The Impact Of Training, The Efficacy Of The Training Interventions And Methodologies Used On An Ongoing Basis
- Designing the training impact measurement tools
- Deployment strategy of these tools
- MIS on training effectiveness and analysis of the same
- Actioning the feedback and data analysis findings
- Bring in the contemporary methodology mix in learning and create a culture around leadership development
- Stay current and benchmark the interventions as per global market and industry best practices to keep them best in class
