Job Summary : Deputy General Manager (People Office)
Location: Mumbai (Head Office)
Job Objective: To act as HR Business Partner & Enabler in Corporate Functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of HR for employees of all LOBs with a team of corporate HR managers
- Liaison with Business Heads for Manpower planning, productivity and deployment
- Develop and design HR strategy for leveraging key functional strengths to benefit business
- HR Planning, Recruitment, Selection and Induction
Create appropriate job/competency briefs for effective recruitment and management of sourcing talent from appropriate sources
- Conduct selection interviews and recommend appropriate talent intake
- Compensation fitment decision aligned to company philosophy
- Induction and Integration planning & delivery to managers and employees
- Benchmark & Setting up HR processes wherever gaps exist
- Developing and implementing staffing and learning strategies
- Developing retention strategies
- Manage Performance Management System and Performance Appraisals
- Learning and development
- Employee Welfare - guiding the implementation of various welfare measures, employee communication, team building, employee engagement through work life balance initiatives
- Monitoring timely updation of required compliances
- Occasional travel at various locations in the zone to improve employee connect
Required Experience : Minimum 12 years of exp.
Required Qualification : Graduate + M.B.A
