Deputy General Manager - Human Resource - BOI/ITeS

Looking for DGM - HRBP for a BOI / ITES client to be based at Pune/Delhi/Baroda & Chennai.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for complete HR support to different verticals and departments so as to enable profitable business growth by leveraging organization's Employee Value Proposition while ensuring maximum retention and engagement.

- Manage Business / Functional Leaders across the organization.

- The role holds autonomy to drive important people metrics for an organization that is positioned for growth.

- To provide complex and responsible staff assistance to the Head Human Resource.

- Take complete ownership for people function to support business, employee morale, culture and profitability.

- Recommend and assists in the implementation of Goals and Objectives.

- Provide staff supervision and direction for designated staff. Evaluates job performance and develops professional development plans.

- Interview and recommend employees to be hired.

- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
