Looking for people from Corporate HR background.   Roles & Responsibilities :   - Responsible for Recruitment & Selection of all Manpower resources thus by ensuring Right Manpower Availability throughout.  - Lead a team of 7-8 Business HRs each managing 150 employees approximately.  - Responsible for building, developing and executing culture through various OD Interventions  - Responsible for capability building of the manpower by effective implementation of training calendars. (Managerial and functional)  - Building and Implementing Employee Satisfaction Survey / Customer Satisfaction survey results findings and action plans  - Active role of a facilitator in the Review process - Half yearly and Annual Appraisals as well as PMS.  - Roll out of HR interventions developed by HO and PU Heads  - Responsible for smooth execution and adherence of all HR Processes and Policies  - Roll out of HR interventions developed  - Creation of the workforce plan / pipeline that comes from the business / people strategy  - Responsible for Talent Management and Succession planning for the business   - Develop a challenging viewpoint on how the business unit's performance will grow, based on insights, facts and expert understanding. Communicate own point of view with competence  - Build cooperative, authentic and trusting relationships with key people in the business unit  - Use key concepts, tools, and deep expertise in OD and Change Management to advice on, develop and manage transformation programmes within the business unit  - Use diagnostics and analytics to assess the implications of the business unit's goals on the required people capabilities and culture  - Use analytics to demonstrate impact of people processes and drive business transformation  Note : Tier 1 & 2 MBA colleges only apply
