CTC - 40 LPA to 50 LPA

Would prefer candidates from Telecom / FMCG / Consumer Durable Sectors

Job Description

Complete responsibility of end to end HR with respect to Region East encompassing all three business vertical Consumer Electronics, Mobile Business and IT Business.

The scope of responsibility ranges from Recruitment as per manpower plan, Productivity index management, Performance Management, Incentive payout management, Sales Manpower Positioning, Important MIS to overall Control on all business locations in terms of Employee Relations and basic Administration, Communication and Statutory Compliance.

1. Developing and managing the productive coordination with all three business vertical heads and Branch Managers for the purpose of ensuring update on business front; aligning strategies on manpower and any necessary restructuring and supporting them in the capacity of a business partner.

2. Manage the Organization Chart for the Region and discuss the same with business heads for optimum utilization of manpower for the desired sales targets and productivity

3. Plan out the recruitment phase and implement the same at the desired time to fit the org.chart strategy.

4.Timely and effective communication to all on all important issues to address the objective of sharing of knowledge and policies, cultural imperatives and basic employee relations

5.Execute the basic administration across region and compliance with statutory requirement including labour statutes.
