Job Description : Looking for DGM/GM Legal with 10+ yrs of PQE for a leading MNC specializing in the latest-technology engineering, and technology products.

Client Details :

Company : Engineering Product MNC

Description :

- Review & approve all the Sales Contracts, including Tender/Bids on pan-India basis.

- Support M&A transactions, joint ventures and/or commercial contracts (eg. distribution agreements) local antitrust proceedings.

- Manage, monitor & defend all the litigation matters of the company

- Manage a team

Profile :

- 10+ years of PQE in handling commercial contracts negotiations

- Understanding/ experience in bid/ tender advisory

- Experience in handling litigations - Pan India

- Experience in corporate legal activities - JVs,M&A etc

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
