Deputy General Manager/General Manager/Head - Operations - Agrochemicals Manufacturing Plant

Our client is in to manufacturing of Agrochemicals

To handle entire operation of the plant in the role of Plant Head.

To ensure the production as per the Budget, plan & quality specifications;

Develop / Implement plans to produce pipe line products.

Systems Improvement - Reduction of turn around time - Mechanization of filling & packaging - debottlenecking

Dispatches of goods to customer within agreed timelines;

Planning raw materials, maintaining safety & comply with IMS procedures;

Reductions of Costs - Optimum utilization of Resources.

Should be a Graduate in Chemical Engineering with 20 + years of similar Experience in Agrochemical/ pharma/bulk drug/API/Chemical Industry.

Should be in the role of Plant Head for the last 5 years.

Location : Ethakota, East Godavari Dist. AP.

Telugu speaking is a must for this position.
