Responsibilities :  Finance Strategy :   - Support the CFO in developing and delivering the organization's financial and business strategy   - Take responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the accounting and control information held in and reported from the organization's accounting systems   Financial accounting and reporting   - Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)   - Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures   - Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Board's Audit Committee and the external auditors as necessary   - Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions   - Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash   - Reconcile bank and investment accounts and review monthly results to implement monthly variance reporting   - Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy   - Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable   - Ensure that accurate and timely financial statements are prepared in accordance with contract agreements with investors.   Budget preparation   - Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the treasury function and CFO   - Improving the systems surrounding all aspects of the organization's budgets, forecasts and business planning.   Warehouse & Inventory Management   - Responsible for managing warehouse payments and inventory control through effectively developing and monitoring the logistics network, ensuring smooth material movements, directing outbound logistics with focus on optimizing freight rates through negotiation.   Purchase :   - Managing the Purchase function to ensure smooth liaising with ERP, Warehouse, RTV and buying team for closing accounting related issues like invoicing, debit note/credit note and inventory pull out   Risk management :   - Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized   - Negotiate with Banks for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate   Taxation   - Managing direct & indirect taxation, its assessment and implementation across B2B and B2C businesses.   Team Management   - Leading a team of 20-25 employees across corporate office & warehouse and ensure high performance  Preferred Qualification, Functional & Behavioural Skills :   - 8+ Years in corporate financial and management accounting; 2+ years in ecommerce/retail   - Preferably an MBA- Finance / Chartered Accountant.  - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures   - Expertise in managing end to end Finance, Supply Chain, Business Partnering, FP&A, M&A, Accounting, Taxation, Internal Audit. AP, AR, Taxation, Cash flow management   - Excellent MS Excel and Reporting skills.  High Integrity: Understand ethical behavior and business practices and aligns with the values of the organization  Communicate Effectively: Excellent written, Spoken & Presentation skills  Result orientation :Anticipate, understand, and respond proactively to organizational needs and deliver results  Foster Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.  Lead: Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization.  Make Decisions: Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization  Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information and activities.   Plan: Determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
