We are okay with outstation candidate if candidate is open to relocate   Job Description : DGM - Corporate Affairs  Experience: 8-10 years  Education: LLB/CS/CA/MBA-Finance  Reporting: Chief Legal Officer  CTC : 35 Lac  Location : Gurgaon  Role :  The candidate should have experience in the following areas :  - Coordination and dealing with Central/State authorities and industry associations.  - To keep a check on each new update related to telecom on all the governmental agencies viz. DoT, TRAI and association bodies.  - Timely resolution and response to letters / queries / observations / forwarded by DOT/TRAI/TAIPA etc.  - Develop the various policy stances along with its pros & cons and suggest the appropriate strategy to be taken before the regulator / government.  - Compilation, analysis and reporting of all telecom related consultation paper/regulations/recommendations/guidelines etc for national as well as international level as well as alert the management on both threats and opportunities, from revenue and saving perspective.  - Drafting and filing representations, if any with the Statutory and/or regulatory authorities.  - Look for cost saving opportunities and enhance revenue through appropriate regulatory measures  - Critically analyze the impact of any new regulatory/policy changes on the company and its competitors  - Coordination with cross functional teams to ensure compliances to all the prescribed regulatory norms.  - Closely track the strategy of rival telcos and refine & modify the company's strategy, if required.  Litigation & Contract Management :   - Litigation Management & Control  - Drafting Negotiation Contracts  - Drafting of legal notices replies, representations, presentations etc.  - Legal Research and other miscellaneous legal work  Functional Area : Legal, Regulatory  Role Category : Regulatory & Legal  Mentioning following details while applying ( mandatory) :   Small brief on how you fit into the role :   current ctc :  Expected CTC :  Notice Period :  Reporting structure :   Richa Mishra  7840010138
