Job Description: Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be responsible for To develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of the business.

- Ensuring all Vendor Contracts and Commercial agreements are aligning with Company Policies

- Implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy, focusing primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.

- Ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.

- Credit Policy implementation and compliance based on various commercial decisions

- Proactive Accounts Receivable Management by playing an active role in reporting and raising red flags to the management

- Ensuring PDCs are available for all distributors, lead project with CFO on move to electronic collection system

- Ensuring proper accounting for sales and selling & distribution expenses

- Provide all required support on MIS to the sales team, Sales Head & CFO VAT compliance for the company

- Lead a small team ably guide them

- Work with the CFO on various ad-hoc assignments and improvement initiatives

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a qualified CA / MBA / CWA with 15+ years of post-qualification experience with exposure to Commercial activities, vendor negotiation, credit controlling & sales accounting roles.

- You will also possess the ability to support and monitor commercial information for the organization.

- You will have excellent communication skills and have liaised with top management in your previous roles.
